Looks to be some good budo, but would you want to go on such a tour?

well I would go if there is some certainty that this is actually some good..

But the lowest price is $2400 a week...... that's a hell of a lot money... and it doesn't include travel costs.. Now I don't know about you guys but that's about the same amount of money I make in two months working..

This doesn't seem to be a "tour" but rather a "you go to them" seminar. I could go to the Kodokan (the Japanese Judo Federation is NOT the Kodokan) and train, sleep and eat there for a pittance compared to what they offer. Granted, it isn't a five star hotel which is one of the ways these "tours" are set up, but would anyone stay at a five star to experience budo and the culture? Could one experience anything living at a five star hotel with the exception of the "Visa Card Blues?"

Anyone know about Kenshi Uno, the aikido instructor who started "Budo Tours" in 1999? It says he organized the International Aikido Tournament in 1997, an annual (?) event.
