What and where can I buy decent priced and yet decent Tabi. Is there anywhere to order from Canada?

Hi there,
I get my Tabi from a few places but the best one that I can think of are Van Donks Ninjutsu site at; www.ninjutsu.com
Another possible one is Nishijin Kimono who sell a variety of Tabi types and colours with Leather soles, Rubber soles and high or low tops. They are at; www.kimono-nishijin.com
Also you could try the Bugei website. www.bugei.com
The price of the Tabi from Ninjutsu.com are around 26-38 US dollars and the others are all around that but more for shipping from Japan. Bugei also sell the white Tabi as do Nishijin but I think the Ninjutsu only has the blue/black type...They are all good quality Tabi though.
All three will deliver to Canada although Nishijin are based in Kyoto and usually take a little while longer than the other two.
Hope this helps you..
Abayo

:D Sorry Mark I had a hard time seeing the ad!! OK your prices are reasonable, am I paying for shipping from Japan or do you warehouse in the UD. My whole dojo is buying Tabi. We are having a fundraiser next month for it LOL. Along with other supplies.I have been buying at another site, but they fall apart quite well.

Thanks Dave,

:p for ebudo members with over 200 posts we are of course willing to make special deals (e.g. as extra stuff for the dojo, etc...).

Just to put another source out here, I've been getting my tabi from The House of Rice (http://www.houserice.com), but I haven't actually tried any other store. Maybe I'll try ordering a pair somewhere else so I can compare durability. Thanks for those links to the alternatives.
