I seem to have a million and a half questions this week...
On Monday, one of the Sempai in my dojo is a woman of in her mid 50, was teaching us newbies. I being naive thought she would go light on us, boy was I wrong:eek: :cry:
After 30 minutes of sweating and hurting, I was less naive :rolleyes:
Anyway, she pushed us hard, but between each Kihon exercise she would have us stretch and I realised how limited my flexibility is.
Well i need to rectify this, I am not old ( OR so I think (26?))
What advice can anyone offer?, and how about some suggestions for books/videos or other media?, does anyone know of any good website with information i could use?
(extend the last question to generally all areas, strength and endurance training, sports nutrition and speed training):)
