Dear all,
I received an e-mail from Yasue Kadowaki Sensei this morning which contained the "W32/Frethem_K" virus. Fortunately, my virus scanner picked it up and I e-mailed Kadowaki Sensei to let her know that she might be infected. This is a type of virus that will send itself to everyone in the user's address book without their knowledge, so it spreads pretty quickly.
I thought I'd better let you all know in case you receive a similar e-mail. After all, if a washed up ex-captain like me was sent an e-mail, then the chances are, some of you guys will have been too!
It seems that this virus is more annoying than destructive: further information on it can be found here (http://vil.mcafee.com/dispVirus.asp?virus_k=99565#characteristics).
Take care, y'all.
