I'm posting this message in order to ask you if you have an idea how could I develop simetrically my abdominal muscles...
I practice Goju-Ryu Karate and I have played volleyball for a long time... I'm a right-handed player!
And my problem is that my upper abdominal muscles are not equally develloped, my left muscle is bigger than the right one!
I've already made an ecography and everything is allright!

Any good and wise help would be good!

Check out Pilates (Puh-Lah-teez)

They focus on building internal stabilizer muscles of the abdomen and lower back--the "Powerhouse." Back in college, I remember an exercise physiologist discussing the importance of building these internal muscles as well as the outer abdominals.

Pilates for Dummies provides a pretty comprehensive view.
