I am trying to get some information on American judoka/jujitsuka before 1940 in America. Any biographical information would be great.

There is all kinds of stuff about judo and jujutsu in New York City, but you have to visit a university library or New York Public to get access to the newspapers on microfilm. If you are serious about this, let me know, and I will point you in the right general direction.

Meanwhile, online, try
