I don’t understand a word of Indonesian, but according to which I manage to guess from this page, inside the Indonesian Shorinji Kempo Federation is practiced randori competition. It is fighted in an area of 5x5 meters, with protections (helmet, breastplate, gloves...) and a system of score based in Ippon and Wazari according to valid techniques, either juho or goho. What do you think of this? Is the Indonesian Federation independent from Hombu with regard to the unacceptability of the competition fighting? Could some kenshi from Indonesia provide in this forum an English translation of that page, or of the competition rules?
For the information of my Indonesian comrades, I don’t introduce this issue under any kind of prejudice. My questions arise only from the surprise of to have found this "novelty" in the Web. I reserve my opinion for when I have more information on the matter.
