Hello,
Does the Japanese form of wrestling 'Baritsu' actually exist? Is it related to Judo, Jujutsu, Taijutsu, etc?

Except that it is Bartitsu, not Baritsu.

Thanks for the article, very interesting. The spelling 'bartitsu' was used constantly throughout the article, but 'baritsu' was used more frequently in the bibliography.
Has anyone seen this art demonstrated?

There is a Yahoo discussion group dedicated to recreating Bartitsu, so you might look for that.
If you're reading about Sherlock Holmes, you'll see it described as baritsu, as that's the name that Conan Doyle gave it.
