There's Andrew Tate in Mamou and Dr. Kelly Hill, he is in Baton Rouge. I don't know if he is accepting knew students though. John (Lindsey) could probably give you more on the good doctor. He is on the Lady of the Lake staff.

Let me know what you find out.

I live out by LSU. How about you?

Dr. Glenn Morris lives near there. I think he's qualified. I can send you his email if you pm me.

Andrew Tate might be your best bet if you are interested in traditional Ninpo. While Dr. Morris does have rank in the Bujinkan, his focus is not on the traditional art. It really depends on what you want to learn. Dr. Hill does not actively teach now, and I don't know of anyone else qualified in your area...
