BTW, I dropped a thank you note to David Aldow, the guy who sued the bathhouse for not letting foreigners in. Here is his reply. I have had it floating around for some time, but just refound it and figured it would make an interesting read.

Most notably, what did not make news is that the bathhouse received an injunction relieving them of having to pay until their own appeal has been decided.
