Hi,
Periodization is something that I've seen/read about in a few different sports areas: runners, cyclists, powerlifters, swimmers.
It looks like it might apply really well to the martial arts: I was wondering if anyone has trained under some kind of periodization, whether it proved beneficial, and roughly what it was.
