I had a great bunkai experience this weekend at the USANKF tourny in Apex N.C..

Sensei Vince Morris gave a short "class" on kata bunkai and reality training. It was some of the most interesting bunkai I've been exposed to, focusing more on kyushu and proper technique then pure power.

The moans and groans of the participants demonstrated the effectiveness and simplicity of the bunkai (focussing on Heian 4 and tekki 1).:D

Great stuff, highly recommended!:D

Yea we did some bunkai in our jundokan class tonight great stuff. We also study shotokan so we did the bunkai for han shodan and han nidan. Lock ups and strikes mostly. It was a class of mostly beginers with 3 black belts and 1 brown belt (me) and other mudansha ranks.
