When you're really really tired that you feel you wanna throw up, and you're breathing really fast, is it better to continue to breath like that or should we breath more slowly and deeply in order to recover?

Personaly, During vigorous kumite, I would tend to lose my wind really fast. What I would do is breathe in deep into my nose and breathe out drom my mouth slowly. while trying to keep my body relax,but ready and not tense.

I know this is easier said than done, but eventualy you will adapt into it. Breathing really fast can quickly cause hyperventilation.
