Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /webusers/www.e-budo.com/www/vbulletin/admin/functions.php on line 91

Why does this happen at times?

Who knows? It just happens, but you can read the thread, right?

I think it has something to do with slight errors in the database and is a warning to fix it before we crash. It used to be we were down until it was fixed, but those may have been more complicated errors. I'm not one-hundred percent sure that is the reason, but it has come up before and other than being unsightly it usually doesn't interfere with reading and posting.

I was just curious. It read just fine. I thought that it might be b/c of thread merging (saw the code thing in the Aikijujutsu forum).
