I feel very Old. People call me "that wise-guy".

I hope that means I'm Old and Wise.

Oh please,

Me, Tony, Aaron, Phil (take your pick of which Phil, or include both), Cady, Chuck, William............who did I miss?

My experience has been that dedicated martial artists are usually quite a bit smarter than average. You can't do this if you are of only average intelligence - there is far too much thinking involved for something so physical. With the exception of Brain-Damaged Bruce we are all in pretty good company here.

Oh would somebody go out and ask Cady if she can come out to play?

A. M. Jauregui

I will throw my hat into the ring of the brains.

I wish Cady would come out to play, for it seems like as soon as I showed up she disappeared for the most part.

:( I'm not smart enough to understand what this thread is about. Can someone explain to me.

A. M. Jauregui
15th July 2003, 09:35
I assume that is must have something to do with, "Some of you guys are really smart ,now which you here is the smartest?"

Everyone's but adroitjimon insanely cryptic post seems to focus on the brainy members of E-Budo, so I assume that it has something to do with "smartness."

Matt I love you Brits...

Vapour I haven’t the foggiest what’s the point of asking who the brainiest of our bunch is. Maybe adroitjimon will chime in with an answer...

Stan, boyo - that's made me all nostalgic, see.

Cheers,

Not true! I just figured that it was about time another smart woman got to take the soapbox for a while. :p

Its not what you think or say that is genius, but how you market it!

Ok, when are one of you geniuses going to call me so we can market my insanity in a manner people will pay to be driven insane?

Come on ... who is up to prove they are truly a genius?

Hello,
I am not the smartest in many many areas. You all win except for me. Scratch me off your list ;) By the way, was there a test? I do so like tests.

Not me....if I were smart, I'd have stuck with my second career choice, and I'd be a famous music star by now, and not ever really work at all....:p

Incidentally, I.Q. or intelligence or performance per se are not standards for genius. Einstein said something like "a genius has two great ideas, and I've only had one good one."

I haven't had any great ideas-and while I do think a lot of myself, and my intellect, whenever it gets out of hand I just listen to Mozart-that's genius, and he never even got to be my age before he accomplished all of it.Or Beethoven. Imagine writing all of that wonderful piano music when the piano was an entirely new thing-and you yourself were stone deaf. Blows my mind....

The smartest one here is the one that doesn't bother answering this nonsense thread...

Check out the thread that I started in the Aikijujutsu forum, “Counterng touch responses and ploys“ and please be sure to reply to the upcoming thread on the topic of minimal movement opposed to skeletal manipulation. :)

Okay, I love you all...
So far I have enjoyed all of this input even the dumb ones are
clever...

I will catogorize what I wish to propose here, but first I would
like to add a few things of personal interest...

Mike williams; you are so cool ice cubes strike jealous poses
( I sourced that from another sig on another m/board)

Daniel san; Here is your test... Who is the original
Jupiterfalcon and how do you know?

A.M. Jauregui; your name is incredibly beautiful and I hope
my phonetic anunciation of it is correct because the way it
vacates my mouth reminds me of a rich sangria I once tasted
back when I knew Love...

Cady; when I was new here you reminded me of a shop that
gave away wonderful flowers for free and smiles were complementary
as well, by the way how did the gift giving occasion turn out?

elder999;nonsense is the product of ignorance,I'll get back to you
later, but your assistance is needed...Einstien also said" only
fools remember something that has already been recorded"
cheers...

bruceb; I like your approach to the invitation, you will be my
friend...

Dundaduh!!!! finally the point of the thread so vapour and
others can enjoy the bliss of enlightenment...

I enjoy the company of intellectually inclined individuals
to the point it is almost a pass time, then again almost all
aspects of life render me fuzzy in the same kind of fashion

but anyways I love you all and hope that we could keep this thread
alive with clever witticisms and anecdotes but how you all can help
is by helping me keep it alive with the strangest scenarios that
need clarifications and as a collective we can come up with
the answers and spot on analysis for the edification of
intellectual enterprize...

Abstract postulations, rambling train of thought, riddles that were never meant to lead to answers...

It is all quite fun when you're in the mood Adroitjmon, but beware... people can find it rather tedious to be led up a garden path too often. Before you know it, you're playing "catch the potty" in a rubber room with BruceB.

In other words, this may not be the forum for persistent "drifting log" posts that encourage free expression through language. Perhaps a post on E-Poetry.com, or E-Blarney.com, or even E-mindless-irritating-tripe.com ;)

adroitjimon
16th July 2003, 09:03
oh you so funny tripitaka of AA, me so laffin hard...

Oh, and by the way if I am breaking any of the mandates set forth
in the rules that I agreed to uphold to prior to my registration
pleasefeel free to correct me at any time,
there are other boards I post on as well but how many of them have
this many of you?

adroitjimon
16th July 2003, 09:05
its a goal to post one hundred times and have a reason for it:D

adroitjimon
16th July 2003, 09:18
and no one asked any one to reply, I was just looking for the
smartest "you" here where'd you go?

Abstract postulations ;now I truly adored that one, very clever
manipulation of the truth... and for now I'm in the mood
and getting out is just as easy as never coming back,no?

why don't you do this tripitaka ask around and see if I'm welcome?
I'm in the members lounge because I may have little or nothing
to offer in any other forum so let me do my thing and you can run
along and do yours...It's OK really you have my permission...

Is this thread about the supposed I.Q of the e-budo members, or their fashion sense (or lack of it?):D
