So you have been training for a while now...
What aspects of the art still gives you fits? Could be technique you just can't get etc.. (Not politics that's too easy and all arts have them..) And, conversely, what aspects of the arts do you feel you are getting pretty good at? What are your goals for the future in training? And how do you plan of achieving them?
Best,

I hate dealing with kicks. I'm still trying too hard to determine how and where they're coming from and then catching them full on -- as I stand there with my protractor trying to figure out the angles and such. I need to practice those more 'Ralph style' with randori and sparring to build up better movement habits and strategies.
What am I getting better at? Dealing with pain, perhaps, relaxing a bit more than I used to while getting scrunched and twisted without resorting to tapping and yelping until I REALLY feel it's time to do so!
Goals? To be able to look back in 5 years at my movement today and say "What was I thinking?"
How will I get there?
One razor-thin slice at a time!

Two things especially:
One: Disapearing! Especially with a smoke bomb. I start to cough/choke and then it's all over. But sometimes I inter-twine my fingers and start to concentrate:redhot:but the only thing that happens is...:toot
Two: I also have a problem climbing up the side of buildings with "Shuko" and "Ashiko"-they slip. One time I had gotten up past the third floor on the side of a ten story building and the steel of the hand-claws were digging a grove into the backsides of my hands then I slipped...three and half stories. Ooooh that hurt. Good thing I summersaulted as I was falling or I probably would have broken something.
Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
Oh, one more thing. I bought one of those collapsable Ninja Grappling Hooks and I threw it on the roof of a building. As I was climbing up the building, it broke. Good thing I brought my "moon stars", cause as I fell six stories, I tied the rope around the shuriken than I through it at a near by tree so I could swinng to safety. That was a close call, cause I was almost detected by the gaurd who heard a noise when the shuriken buried itself into the tree. I had to pull a rat out which I had hidden in my jacket so that the gaurd would think that the rat made the noise...it worked! Anyway, has anyone had the same problem with the Ninja Grappling Hooks?

I am a Fuma Ryu Expert! I want to clear something up though (in respects to my Fuma Ancestors). People have been mis-pronouncing Fuma Ryu. They think it's pronounced like puma but with an "F", but this is wrong! It is pronounced like fumes of an exhaust pipe (could be spelled Fyuma). The way it got it's name is because of the special metsubishi we are known for...Da Fuma dat come outta my assa:toot
I hope this is all clear to you. And I hope that there will be no more misunderstanding when it comes to the Fuma Ryu.
If anyone would like a weekend seminar on this technique, please contact me. All you will need is refried beans, beer and a good supply of Fuma Ryu underwear with the special absobant material (no wings) that is available on my website www.bootyjuice/doo-doobutter.com
Don't ever underestimate the Fuma power of the Fuma Ryu! HAI!
