I'm with you on –œ•Ï = BANPEN but what does "fugyo" mean? Is this Japanese?
I'm interested in the meaning of the word.

"10,000 changes, not surprised"
Basically, you never know what's gonna happen in life, implying that you should live life to the fullest.
