Hey, y'all...
I just read Arnaud's book last night. Wow! Talk about blowing your mind! I don't know how much Arnaud understands of the concept of Juppo Sessho, but I can only assume that it is a fraction of what Hatsumi-sensei understands. All of which makes Hatsumi-sensei even more... :nw: well, kinda scary, really. It really puts the "sport" martial arts in context, neh? Especially when they try to teach "self-defense" classes. :rolleyes:
Even if Arnaud isn't quite on the right track, his understandings unlocks vast amounts of possibilities. It's like standing facing west in St. Louis back in 1803 having just received the news that the Louisianna Purchase now belongs to the United States.
Anybody else got any comments on Arnaud's book?
