A little off the topic of budo, but there is an Igo section here.
I have a friend who has a Igo set. Not with a board that folds up, but the type that looks like a small table. Stones and wooden bowls to hold them are included.
The cost should be about 175 dollars American plus the cost of shipping it from Japan. If you are planning on coming to Japan in the near future, I can convince him to hold onto it until you show up if you pay for it well in advance. Otherwise he will sell it to whoever gives him the cash first.
Second hand, but damn good shape. I can provide pictures to those interested.
