could someone please recomend a quality schools in

the RTP NC area

and

the Columbia SC area


please only serious schools...no sport karate

Both the NKJU and the National Martial Arts Association have many schools in this area. Both organizations were founded and are centered there.
They may not have schools in these exact areas, but I am sure someone will help you find something if they dont.
