Searching members [location if listed]

Is it possible to search for members in a specific location? For instance I have just arrived in Kobe and would like to see what other e-budo users there are in Kobe.

Nope. I don't have enough time on my hands to make a .gif file. I stole it off a friend and then edited it. It was originally Blue and White, with a Black background.
