I was punching in random keywords, doing a net search for any kind of forums for gated communities. A search under private communites turned up a pretty disturbing site called danpedo, I won't post a link. Does anyone monitor this kind of stuff? Is this outside the law? Can somebody do something? For once I feel really inadequate.

It is the Danish paedophile website. In Denmark it is still legal to let children consent to sex with adults.

The Danish community placed that website in order to let child molesters be known and have a place to talk and "have their urges lessened". Unfortunatly, this is not the case. It has been known that through this website, paedophiles have been going to India to a hotel run by a paedophile for... you can guess the rest.

One story in Denmark at the moment is of an Englishman who shot and killed a paedophile after he abused his daughter. His appeal will be heard in around March time.

This was reported on SKY news last week and it makes the fact that a country can still allow child sex abuse legal, when we know that it is wrong in the rest of the world.

So. There's a website full of these guys, and they set up a hotel in India and nobody has thought of firebombing it yet? I mean come on, that's like setting up the worlds largest turkey-shoot. Apparently it's people hunting season in Denmark...

Well for the moment there are. And for the Danish government to say that under child laws it is legal to have sex with an adult, if they so wished is, just plain wrong. A 10 year old child has no idea what can happen. So why hasn't the Danish government stopped this when they know that it is not right in the first place.

The man that shot and killed the paedophile done it by accident. He only wished to scare him into leaving town or to change his ways, but the outcome was one dead perv and a man who is dying of cancer in jail awaiting a retrail.

Whatever the case is, that danpedo site is wrong. But under Danish law it is legal. So they have a legal website that cannot be touched under Internarional law as well as local law.

On a scale of 1 to 100, how much does this sucks?

So here is something so wrong that it's hidden all over the world. It's universally reviled. Yet the Danish lawmakers say "Hey It's OK to do it here" How long until there's pedo tourism?

It is just me or does anyone else wonder about the sexual... bent of the Danish lawmakers. Very uncool.

The Gaurdian Angels in NY adopted a nimby attitude when they first set up. They would go to a site search each other for drugs and weapons and then go on Patrol. during that Patrol if they found a Drug dealer, they would drag him into the weeds or behind a building and serve up some fronteir justice before calling the cops from a pay phone. The cops would then arrest the bad guy who would be out shortly after that as we all know. It did however send a pretty clear message to the drug dealers.

What reasons are they keeping this legal? Someone up high in the government like kiddy fiddling?

Pedo-tourism already exists in Thailand.

In the USA we NAMBLA, which is currently suing to have being a child molester considered to be a "natural sexual preference" just as homosexuality is viewed by anybody with 10 cents worth of brains. The seem to forget that children do not have the ability to consent, so regardless of how "normal" it may be, acting on those urges is always going to be a hanging offense. This same logic means that for some people rape will be a "normal" sexual activity as well, and we shouldn't hang people for that either. :rolleyes:

Also Gary Glitter keeps on going to Cambodia even though he's been thrown out because he's a Paedo but he still goes back because of the child sex trade there.

Also lot of poor kids see it as a way to get money which is sad...

Why do Paedo's always look like sick, twisted people? Is it us prejudging them or is it something else, maybe something to do with not being able to function in society properly maybe? These people are synister, they only think about there sexual gratification and never let it cross there minds what mental and physical torture they put these defencless kids through.

They gave up being human as soon as they carried these thoughts out, so therefore human rights should not apply to them.

What gets me is that they think it is normal to have sex with a minor. They have a sexual kick from fantasy and some even go that bit futher and perform sexual acts on children.

But why are the Danish government allowing this to continue? They must know that to have a website like this to promote safe sexual conduct between adults and children is wrong. They must feel that it is safe for them to be registered on this site and not go out hurting children.

So whay are there a ton of images on P2P? All the network downloaders are corrupt with indecent images and videos for paedophiles to download. Then there are those websites that have passwords. A lolita network that promote child pornography (I discovered the word lolita after 3 clicks off of a lycos site onto another page :( ).

Denmark have got it wrong. They are not curbing the sexual preferences of kiddy fiddlers and porn, just adding to the list of people that register and share porn.

I don't condone vigilante justice, but who really cares what happens to these people, or their web site?

Err... you would if you drove these people futher underground. Would you rather have them in one place where they can be seen and chastised, or underground with an eye or you nice looking daughter?

I can't believe that a country like Denmark would still allow child sex. Don't the law makers of Denmark understand that children don't comprehend and understand the idea of having sex?

I still maintain that people who do it with children should be thrown in the same basket as forced-sex offenders, and have their wangs cut off.

In the late 1960's child sex was legal in Denmark and Sweden. Up until 1967ish, they had laws prohibiting sexual misconduct. It was when people were bringing in pornography into thier country that the government legalised all forms of sexual activity.

This brought about the peadophile movement. As all forms of sex was legal in Sweden, films and magazines came up with men having sex. Until the mid 1970's the legal practice was going as a sub group until public opinion prompted the Swedish government to ban and make illeagal child porn and the sexual acts.

But Denmark has the child laws. It is the same as adult laws but for children. If an adult wishes, he or she can get advice and guidance so not to "hurt" the child. It may not be totally legal in Denamrk, but it can happen and be just above the law.
