This is the second time you've asked about the "mystic" stuff in ninjutsu like the kuji and what not you said you've been training for years shouldn't you be able to find the answer yourself. Buddhist chants aren't something you're going to find online if you're really interested in this why don't you find a local buddhist group or read some texts on buddhism

The only one I know of is:
"Hey Batter Batter, Sah-WING!, Batter Batter."
This one works everytime in softball if used from Center Field.
To echo Dean, what exactly are you trying to do? Why all the questions about chanting and spells, ect.

PS. You have really got to try that chant though. See if you can cancel one of your weekly Dungeons & Dragon's club meetings and get outside for a bit... Your Mum will probably even drive you there!

yes 99% of things i can find out my self BUT having moved to a small tiny town in the middle of nowere im stuck.
I am only interested in the "magic" part of ninjutsu because there is no real good info out there,so why not ask some peeps that must know a hell of a lot more than me.
Im sorry if it seams silly but i love learning things like this.

I have a question, actually, about something I've seen a lot of here.
I'm sure it's quite possible that there's a justification here that I'm simply not seeing, so please bear with me; I ask in the spirit of humility, and I imagine if I've missed something it will eventually trickle down to me.
That having been said, I've noticed an uncharacteristically high degree of hostility on this forum towards folks who ask questions concerning the philosophical/spiritual aspects of our art. I'd be very interested in knowing why that is, because it seems to me that these questions are just as valid as any others, and many times I read the posted questions, and realize that I also do not know the answer, and so I tune in to see what folks here who are 'in the know' have to say.
If I'm fundamentally incorrect about the validity of those questions, or others, please provide me with the opportunity for enlightenment. I glean a good deal of information from what I read here, and it saddens me to see that it certainly appears that we have a taboo subject; I'd like to think that our entire art was open to the scrutiny of outsiders and practitioners alike.

The subject isn't so much "taboo" as it is gawdamn annoying, I think. It's like someone asking how to do a 180 in a race car who doesn't even have a license yet. Useless.
While it might satiate (doubtful) a degree of their fanatic curiosity, it's entirely useless to the individual asking the question, so why take the time to get into it with them? The very nature of the question is more than enough to justify the seemingly hoity toity responses.
More than likely, someone asking about kuji in the familiar "ninja super secrets!!" fashion wants it for no reason other than to think they've got some key, some mystical answer to the difficulties they may have with the training. Well, too bad. Keep training, and then you won't feel the need to look for information that will serve no actual purpose.
Would you take the time to explain shoden material to an eager and curious hachikyu, knowing that what you say will either be A) Forgotten entirely, or B) Misunderstood? I know I wouldn't. I'd tell them to train more.
Which, coincidentally, is what we tell the people looking for 'super secerets' every. single. time.

Want secrets? Try Kuki-shinden-zensho by Ago Kiyotaka,, from publishing firm Shin Kokumin Sha in 1983. Buyubooks was carrying a similar book recently. Don't speak or read Japanese? Then learn.
There you have it.

Thank you, Mr. Spellman, I appreciate your response; that clears the topic up a bit for me.

I think you will find tat anyone worth anything who know something would not dare share any knowledge on the net and most of the people on here are the xkan's, not ninja, they don't existing any more just like samurai.
The only good instructor in your area is Paul Richardson from Lincoln, he is the only one i know who is worth something, beg my pardon if there is anyone else but Paul is a font of knowledge and one of the only blokes i would go to for info, he straightened me out with the ninja stuff, and as far as i know chanting is part of buddhism, not just something you do in your back yard once a month on a sunny day or when there's nothing on TV.

Good post Greg.
Also those that possibly know something will also not show anything unless they have known someone for a long time and have built up some kind of relationship with them.
Got to agree Paul has a wealth of knowledge, Pat go to Pauls website his contact details are on there, if you have genuine interest. But don't make the mistake of asking about "Magic" doesn't come across quite right. None of us in the XKans are the next David Blane as far as I know
:D
Also Paul posts here on a regular basis.
