Does anyone know of a good school of Jujutsu or Aikijutsu in Sydney, preferably on the North Shore? I am remember being told of a very good instructor in Aiki in North Sydney, but I can't for the life of me remeber his name, let alone contact details.

Thanks in advance

Kiz

I haven't been around Sydney for years so I can't really help much. Try contacting Paul Steadman, he's a member here and is from Sydney so can probably recommend someone.

Otherwise give Martial Arts World a call, they should have a list of dojos in your area, their number is (02) 9816 3777.

Im all the way over the other side of the country (Perth), but Ive heard about George Marton's Tenjin Shinyo Ryu classes in Sydney, and from what Ive heard of TSYR, Id be heading straight there to check it out.

Thanks guys!

I know this sounds cliched, but I was asking "on behalf of a freind". (my bf). After checking out your info, I've given him George Marton's details. Thanks again.

G'day mate,
I tink the Aiki person you are refering to is Mick Morrelli (sp?) in north sydney. He trained in Aikido under Saito and is an excellent teacher and practitioner of Takemusu Aiki, technically he is one of the best teachers of Aikido around.

Try looking him up in the phone book as I don't have his contact details close at hand.

Respectfully,
Dale Elsdon
