Greetings,
Does anyone know of a source for looking up
kanji for Jujutsu/ninpo related terms. Thanks
in advance for your help.

Hello James,
Welcome to E-Budo! As you can tell, I am also interested in finding references to help me decipher texts, etc. that we encounter in Jujutsu and Ninpo training. I haven't been real successful at this, but found that asking native speakers to help, if possible, is the most effective means by which to understand some of these things. I'm sorry I cannot be of more help.

Adam,
Thanks for your response! Well maybe if we keep in
contact, we can pool our resources. Drop me an e-mail
anytime.

I´m afraid it might not help you but several japanese publishers of dictionaries have a budo jiten. A dictionary of budo terms. The problem is that is is japanese/japanese. It might be very helpful for the above suggested native speaker because they may not know everything but they can look it up for you. If it is not a huge amout of words I can look some of them up for you.
Yours Karsten
