[Problem] starting threads [in Bad Budo Forum]

I tried to start a bad Budo thread and it would not let me. Are there certain one's that members can post new threads on or was this just a glitch?

For a thread to be posted in Bad Budo, it needs to be posted first in Baffling Budo. If the moderators/administrator believe it should be in the Bad Budo forum, they will move it there.

It is just a way to control those which turn out not to be so bad, and more baffling than anything else.

Go ahead and post it in Baffling Budo, chances are good it will be moved there in the future.
