I have seen two koryu schools using the name "Tenshin Hyoho" in there name:
Kukishinden Tenshin Hyoho
Tenshin Hyo-ho-Sohden Kukamishin Ryu

And there there are others with only the Tenshin part:
Shindoh Tenshin Ryu

and I suspect there are more.

I would like to know if anyone knows what "Tenshin Hyoho" stands for.

(or Tenshin Heiho) is:
ten= heaven
shin= mandate or inspiration
hyo/hei= strategy
ho= method

So divinely inspired or mandated by heaven method of strategy.

Be well,
Jigme

Tenshin can also have different kanji variations: “V?S?@vs. “V?^ for instance. It is important to know which is which in this case. Heiho and Hyoho are pretty much the same, they differ on the pronunciation.

The Tenshin Hyoho Soden Kukamishin Ryu is the name Tanaka Fumon is using.
