For any who may be interested, every Sunday morning at 9:30 am we are lucky enough to have Shibuya Sensei come to the dojo to lead a meditation "class."
Sensei's insight is quite entertaining, and will absolutely challenge your thinking!
If you are local, and would like to stop by, please let us know. Bring a pillow if you have one - there are a limited number available to borrow.
