Your favorite sumotori of all time

I would have to say my favorite sumotori of all time, and I will admit I am not a history buff but I have read up some some of the greats, has to be the Chiyonofuji.

BUilt like a brick house, strong as a bull, with throws and technique unmatch during his prime. "The Wolf" is my pick. Holds the most Makuuchi division wins.

Chiyonofuji, definitely. As well as unsurpassed technique, he just had that certain something. He could intimidate his opponents like no other, despite being physically smaller. Awesome to watch.

Yeah. He's up there on my list, too. But the Shukan Post published some detailed investigations into sumo suggesting that many of his top fights were fixed. The post is a tabloid rag, however, so it's hard to know what to believe. Another of my favorites was Mainomi. I like small guys winning.
