Forgive the ignorance and no doubt, time consuming post gomenasai, I am posting this info to ensure authenticity, I read it and I take what I read with a grain of salt so I want to here everyone elses input please.

Dojo lay out-front of the dojo Kamiza (shinden)
-left side of the dojo shimoseki (lower seat)
-back of dojo entrance (genkan) shimoza or lower seat
-right side of dojo (joseki) upper seat
CORRECT ?

samurai
-the writing for samurai one character means temple and the other character person, temple person hence samurai to serve

Correct ?

budo
-to stop an attack, alternately Tomari stop or bring to a stop, and hoke to attack, hence together they mean halt the attack

CORRECT ?

Reigisaho
-people are to competitive ok in normal life, not ok in budo, in budo you must let go of the ego, loose to learn, let yourself be struck and let your self be thrown so you can learn, this is etiquette

Correct ?

Jyunanshin
-refers to a pliability a willingness to keep learning

correct ?

Seiza points (please add or take away any you feel very interested to hear about seiza as a tool of zanshin and combat)

don’t cross feet you will be easily pushed over
legs no farther then two fists apart
during the rei fingers are together so they don’t get broken
hands form a triangle so head doesn’t get smashed
neck straight makes you harder to control
