I have done searches on Jodo, all I find out is that it has something to do with Shinto Muso Ryu. Could someone please tell me more about Jodo.

Here is a good link that might explain it to you in more detail than I could write:

Shindo Muso Ryu is the "father" style of Jodo. Some schools of Aikido also teach jo, but it's a bit different than SMR.

If the article linked to above doesn't answer your questions, what specifically do you want to know? I formerly practiced Seiki Ryu Jodo, and may be able to answer some of your questions.

ZNKR Jodo, like the Seitei Iai Kata, and the Kendo no Kata, is intended to give Kendoka a rounded education in the bugei.

It consists of 12 kata (two man forms) that are mostly a subset, or derived from, Shindo Muso Ryu Jodo.

Here's one link. A Web search using the keywords "ZNKR AND Jodo" will yield many more.
