Yagyu Nobuharu sensei I believe is in his 90's now. He has black hair & is rather lithe in this footage. Might be about 30 or 40 years ago, since the film stock is in colour.

Could it be from the Nihon No Kobudo video series?

It's not on the Yagyu Shinkage Ryu Nihon no Kobudo tape I've got. In the film Ive got, Yagyu Nobuharu sensei has silverish hair and looks quite a bit older. And there isn't any footage of his father on it either.

Yagyu Nobuharu S. was born on Jan. 11, 1920 (the 8th year of Taisho), so that makes him 86 years old.

Hey, I just went to You Tube, and the vidoes are gone! Anybody know what happened?

Mekugi-san, is there any way you can contact the original poster and ask him or her to re-post these videos, or somehow obtain a copy and post it from your profile?

Also, if anyone has watched the video, it is automatically saved in the temporary internet files, so if anyone is willing to upload these videos, please contact me and I will show how to retrieve the file.

It isn't George.

The reason why I thought he was a member (or someone who visits) is because when Russ announced the videos on E-Budo, the person who had them on his youtube account took them off shortly after.

As a member of the Yagyukai I`d greatly be interested in seeing those videos. (I`m in Japan now.. going to meet Yagyu sensei for the first time hopefully within the next few days.)
