IIR I did make this suggestion some 7yrs ago as part of my ill fated to inject some new thinking into BSKF, but here goes again...
We keep a database of kenshi, their skills, contact details and approximate location and when we want someone to do something (either free or paid) we log onto the website and do a keyword search. Why pay A.N.Other to fix the plumbing if we have a plumber in our midst?
Any other ideas?
