Info. on former Fighting Arts International writer Ken Palmer?

Hi all,

I'm trying to track down contact details or other information re. a man named Ken Palmer, who wrote at least one historical article for "Fighting Arts International" magazine during the 1980s. I believe that Mr. Palmer was British and that he had a particular interest in jujitsu.
