Hi
I ordered some stuff from Tozando. Its been about a week, and the status page still says proccesing.
Does it normally take this long?
Thanks

Given that it ships from Japan, I suppose that it could.
What method of shipping did you choose? If you chose standard shipping (whatever that may be), probably could take that long.
What did the website say regarding shipping time? If it gave you an estimated shipping time and that time has passed, you should call them.
What did you order? If you ordered some shinai, assuming that they had stock, it would likely ship immediately. Handmade bogu, on the other hand could take a bit longer.
I've never dealt with them, but Tozando is probably the best place to direct this question.

I ordered an Iaito from Tozando it takes them 3 weeks to assemble before its shipped.
I think you need to have patients.
They shipped mine the 12th and the 15th it arrived in Amsterdam, now it only needs to shipped to my home town in the Netherlands.
So don't worry.

Depending on stock and what you ordered, it can take days or months.
If you ordered a custom length like I did, it will take time. Bokken however, were here in 2 weeks.
Email them - their customer service is second to none. They were able to tell me (from Japan) that my Parcel was sitting in the local Post Office 100 yards away.
That was impressive
