try Eric Spinelli on here... he trains at Aoto with Honda sensei, (same train line as Narita to Tokyo) and there are english speaking guys in the dojo, which is a big help!

Mr. Harpster,
As Tim said, we're in northeastern Tokyo (Adachi-ku). If you think you would be interested in our dojo, please PM me with details about yourself, training history, length of visit, etc.

Hatakenaka sensei teaches in Tokyo. She is a MJER student of Yamamoto Harusuke and will be in Guelph at our seminar next weekend. She has several foreign students and is a great person.

May 15-18 U. Guelph Spring Iaido/Jodo seminar http://seidokai.ca/iai.seminar.html

Thank you for the information. I now have a full schedule. I don't want to disrespect your Sensei by showing up with limited time and energy.

When you get back, come check out Ecole de Budo in Portland. They practice Muso Shinden Ryu, and MJER with Sekiguchi Komei's Komei-juku.

Since you asked I got on very well with the dojo. Everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed the training and learned something. I look forward to returning next year.
