3 minute timer

Anyone know where I can get a timer that will bleep in 3 minute rounds with say a minute in between?
preferably in the UK if possible as I am skint!

am actually after one i can strap on my wrist or carry about easily. Any ideas, I am sure I saw one in Japan but cant remember where!
