We just opened up three new forums under the heading of "Internal Power, Aiki and Internal training," located just under the section on "Okinawan Martial Arts."

Internal martial arts and training have been discussed on E-Budo for many years, mainly within the context of Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu; however, until now the subject has never had its own forum on this board. Despite varying terminologies, internal power and its applications are part of the training in a number of martial arts, including old Okinawan systems and traditional Chinese internal martial arts; thus a separate section for discussing the subject is warranted.

Hopefully, people who are training in this body method, along with individuals who are new to the concepts and are curious, will feel free to post in the new forums. All are welcome!

Please look at the rules that appear above each forum and thread. Rule 11 bans blatant commercial advertising, which is why I have removed all the duplicate posts from the other forums. An additional problem is that this forum is dedicated to Japanese budo arts and I am not sure that Pencat Silat qualifies.

Full, real name in the signature block is also the custom here. You might say it is a tradition that has been around since the forum began, and, though it wasn't hidden in the form of a dance, it can bring about the use of Admin Tool weaponry if ignored :D
