Please join us for an exciting intensive seminar covering the Zen Nippon Kendo Renmei (All Japan Kendo Federation) Kumitachi Drills. These drills, covering seven tachi (long sword) and three kodachi (short sword) partner sets, were designed to complement the study of Iaido via strategy and techniques. Mr. Roger Wehrhahn, Kyoshi, will be the instructor for the seminar. Shihan Wehrhahn, who was a student of the late Takeshi Mitsuzuka (the world-renowned teacher of Iaido and the model for Seitei Gata in the well-known book Japanese Swordsmanship by Donn Draeger and Gordon Warner) is a Roku-Dan (Sixth-Degree Black Belt) in Muso Shinden-Ryu Iaido and also holds high-level Dan (Black Belt) grades in Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate, Ryukyu Kobudo and Okinawa Shorin-Ryu Karate. Shihan Wehrhahn, in addition to being the head instructor for the North American San Shin Kai; Tatsu Ken Jutsu Kyokai and Okinawa Budoka Renmei, produces highly-regarded martial arts training dvds and travels nationally and internationally to conduct training seminars.

The cost of the seminar is $50 (if the fee/registration form is post-marked 11/12/2014) or $65 (cash only) at the door (please contact us to request a registration form if necessary).
