Hello fellow budoka!
My name is Simon, nice to meet you! I'm from the Netherlands, hence English is not my native tongue so bear with me. :-) I've done several martial arts during my childhood and puberty. I've tried a few years of Iaido then as well, but felt I needed something more "active" (outwardly, at least). Anyway, I've tried aikido, kickboxing, and jiu jutsu all several years each. But recently (since 6 months) I've settled for Iaido and Kendo once again. It felt like coming home and I really feel this is my passion. (I'm 28 years old now) In the same timeframe I've started Zen practice, which I also really like and find very challenging and refreshing. Anyway, hopefully that satisfies as an introduction for now! I'm looking forward to meeting you all!
