Greetings! I am doing research on Kage Ryu (陰流/影流) and the original scroll of Kage Ryu no Mokuroku (陰流之目録) written by Asu Ikousai(愛洲 久忠/愛洲 移香斎, 1452-1538).
As the scroll dates back to 1560s, various sources show no trace of the original version written by the guru, except an incomplete version in a Chinese military essays collection Bubishi (武備誌) by Ming-dynasty Chinese military writer Bo Gengi (茅 元儀, Chinese. Mau Yuanyi, 1594-1640).
Does anybody know where/at which organization the original scroll might be held? So that a permission request could be sent to get access to the scroll for research purpose?
