I'll circulate this one. It's nice to come across an MA website with a sense of humor. Most take themselves much MUCH too seriously.

BTW - I ordered the Mac Animal Young book from your recommended books link. I'm quite enjoying it and really find nothing to disagree about. His statements about attitude and spirit reflect my instructor's lectures almost exactly.

I just wonder what dumba** he got for a shotokan karate teacher!!

He complained that he tried a spin kick with heel and got it in the jewels. I can't remember the last time I did a back kick in class, much less a spinner!!!
