seeking out kumitachi

while is was in the area i visited Kanai Sensei's dojo in Boston (New England Aikikai). i saw the top notch instruction that i have come to expect from Kanai Sensei from the instructor David Halprin Sensei. also there was a young woman named Fiona (i did not learn her last name) who also taught very sound Aikido. i didn't bring my kit so i only observed the class that was in session, it was great!

my query is abou the kumitachi that Kanai Sensei teaches. i watced the performance of what they referred to simply as Ichi No Tachi. it was incredible, and clearly something of Kanai Sensei's design. does anyone have any information about his weapons syllabus? i would be great endebted to anyone who could provided info on the ken and jo as it is performed by Kanai Sensei.
