Hi Vesa.

Thanks for the info.

I will definitely go to Jyväskylä, and I am sure that a lot of other Swedish kenshi also will go there.

PS: On a side note Shimura-sensei is Daikenshi 5 Dan (at least he was that in the February issue of the magazine "Fullcontact Karate" featuring Ueda-sensei). As for the rank of So-sensei I don't know, any other out there that knows?

Gassho.

Just wanted to say thanks for a well organised training camp.

The instructors from Hombu was, as always, excellent in their teaching of techniques and very friendly in their attitude.

All kenshi from Sweden (around 30 I think) really had a good time.

Once again thanks to the Finnish organisers.

Thank You for all kenshi participating the Finnish Regional training Session.

We were very happy to meet over one hundred kenshi from different Scandinavian countries.

Congratulations to all kenshi who succeeded in their graduation tests. We are specially happy to have a godan Anders in Sweden. The proggress and future of Shorinji Kempo in Scandinavia looks good.

We also got the permission of Hombu to start in near future operations in establishing two new Branches; one in Hämeenlinna and another in Mariehamn. Last friday we started a new clubb of Shorinji Kempo in Kokkola Finland.

Thank you also for Hombu Senseis Arai, Aosaka, So, Kawashima and Fuji, and to all the translators. Thank you also to the members of the staff who worked day and night to make everything go smoothly and harmonious.

After a positive memorable happening there is also always a feeling of emptyness beeing apart of old and new friends. The solution to that is as Kawai sensei wrote in the backside of our old do's: "Newer to stop trainig is the only way you can develop yourself in Shorinji Kempo and in life."
