I am looking for Tanto that are unsharpened and similar to the quality of an Iaito, does anyone know where I can purchase this type of Tanto?

Both Nosyuiado and Tozando sell them. You can call Rick at Nosyuiado or request Tozando's Iaido catalog. They are in there.
