As I am sure you, "senban" shuriken are a tool found only in the Togakure Ryu. I have never found any like the quality that Dr. Hatsumi uses. I beleive he makes his own. What I have done in the past is to use the blades off of a table saw. You can out line two or three, four inch shuriken per blade. This is good tempered steel. Use a cutting torch to get the basic shape and then grind the rest on a bench grinder. Square beer costers, the kind found in most pubs make great pratice shuriken as well.

Good luck

Thank you for your advice. The trouble I have run into in the past is not having the knowledge or supplies to make my own. However, most tell me the same as you. So, I think it is time I spent some time learning to cut and grind some metal. Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

All my best,
Brandon
