Hi,

Thought this would be an appropriate place to mention a tool that I've developed over the last couple of years to learn Katakana and Hiragana online. Its called KanaFlash (http://www.graycastle.com/projects/flash/).

Any feedback appreciated.

...It beats having to shuffle a set of cards by hand! :)

One point I noticed while running through it quickly... under "Hiragana" the card for "n" is not found on the server. The URL is http://www.graycastle.com/projects/flash/hira/28.jpg

Update: "Ra" is unavailable too... http://www.graycastle.com/projects/flash/hira/27.jpg

Another update: I just had a weird experience where it definitely showed the katakana symbol "ji" (ƒW) in flash card http://www.graycastle.com/projects/flash/kata/77.jpg but when I inputted "ji" it said it was actually "mi" and showed the flash card for "mi" http://www.graycastle.com/projects/flash/kata/72.jpg ... weird!

Regards,

Chris.

Thanks for the detailed trouble-shooting, Chris.

I'll have a look into it in the next day or so.
Its great to get feedback so that fixes can be made.

Thanks again.

Nice work, I like it a lot. I haven't had a lot of time to play with it yet but it seems to work pretty slick for me.
