Does anyone know where to purchase tetsu geta? I read about
them in a book and would like to get a pair for training. Has
anyone used them before? Did they help improve performance?

Do you mean iron clogs/rainshoes? What on earth would be the point of such a thing? And where did you come across such an item?

Ah, okay. That makes sense. Pre-modern ankle weights.

I take it that the pricing is in yen. What is the conversion from yen to us dollars? Thanks for the site, I've been
trying to find these for a really long time.

Robert,
On the site, there are different wieights for the geta. Are there
different sizes as well, or does one size fit all? I wear a size
11 shoe if this helps. Thanks
