I'm sure this has been talked about before, but I haven't been able to find any threads.
Anyhow, I have found a possible location for a small dojo on a friend's property. It is their
home, so I was wondering what type of insurance I would need in order to cover myself as
well as my friend in case of a student's injury. I don't want to have my butt covered only to have
the injured student (or their parents) try and sue my friend since it was on their property. Thanks
for the help.

Great question.

First of all, what kind of martial art will he be teaching? Is there full contact or sparring? I think the rates are different, based on the type of art. One company I looked into required the use of pads for all contact, and I think mouth protectors too...

try the AAU (depending on what you practice)

AAU? How about some more details if available?
