Here is a drawing of our famous E-budo leader, John Lindsey. This drawing can be found in the book US Army Rangers & LRRP Units 1942-87 from the Osprey Elite series. It was written by a Gordon Rottman, who is a friend of John's. The book also has some pictures taken by John Lindsey, during his time in 2nd Ranger Battalion.

Hehehe, notice the spray painted tennis shoes. They didn't have nice stuff that we can buy now over the counter. And check out the old PVS-5's.

The picture was taken up on the Breacon Beacons (sp?). Our friends from the SAS took us on a "walk" that was something else! It didn't help that our guide pointed out places where people had died (mostly in the cold winter). There were a few sheep on the top of this hill , but they seemed more attracted to the SAS soldiers than us stinking Texans....
